About Zarah

I completed my massage therapy training at the Arizona School of integrative Studies (ASIS) Prescott campus and was first licensed in Arizona in 2008. From 2008-2014, I practiced massage therapy in multiple settings, including chiropractic offices, a day spa, and private practice. Upon moving to Oregon in 2014, I obtained my Oregon license. I took time off while my children were young and returned to massage therapy professionally in 2023.

Since completing my initial training, I have completed continuing education in a variety of massage therapy techniques, including:

Current interest areas for me are further study in Ortho-Bionomy and beginning the Barral Institute’s Visceral Manipulation training. Is there a technique you love that you think I would be interested in? Let me know. One of my greatest joys in being a massage therapist is the life-long learning and continuous growth in my capacity to be of service to others.

I grew up in Portland, Oregon and attended Marlboro College in Marlboro, Vermont. I graduated in 2006 with a degree in American Studies and Environmental Studies. Since then, I have lived in Klamath Falls, Oregon; Prescott, Arizona; Portland, Oregon; and now Bend, Oregon (since 2021). Outside of work, I enjoy paddling, skiing, hiking, and experiencing beautiful Central Oregon with my family.
