I charge based on session length, not the techniques I use. My time is my time; I bring the full breadth and depth of my experience, knowledge, and expertise into every session. I apply the techniques that I think will best accomplish your goals for your session. Once you have invested the time, energy, and resources to come for your appointment, I want us both fully present with the work we are doing…not distracted by concerns about “is this going to cost extra?” and whether a technique counts as “deep tissue” or just “regular” massage.

A note on session lengths: You are welcome to book whichever length session fits your needs and resources. I find many clients benefit greatly from longer sessions (90 minutes is often ideal). It gives your body, mind, and nervous system time to truly settle in and reach your most restorative healing state.

If you have a chronic health condition that impacts the function of your body systems, a 60 minute limit may be advised. Please consult with your primary care provider before booking if you have any concerns.

All rates listed here reflect a discount for payment at time of service. Billing rates vary.
